  • Premium Quality Materials : BRIS this model is made by 2,000 Dtex 1.2mm PVC fabric with polyester support, having excellent resistance to tearing, tension and breaking . It is a much more heavy-duty PVC fabric than 1100 Dtex 0.9mm PVC boats .
  • Seams:All seams are HEAT WELDED for perfect seaming and guaranteed to last in fresh water, salt water and extreme humidity. Most seams are quadruple overlap for maximum strength and durability and will not fall apart .
  • Features: durable marine plywood transom for outboard motor, double layers of fabric at the bottom of the tubes This allows 2.4mm of lower tube protection from sharp rocks and abrasive sands. deep V-keel with rub-strake protection for easy planing . five individual chambers, one-way drain valve with plug, built-in oarlock for easy rowing, transom stainless “D” lifting rings, eleven interior tie down stainless steel D-ring on tubes, two large tow stainless steel D-rings on bow and rear tubes
  • Included: PVC Hull, Aluminum Floors Panels, 3x Aluminum Bench Seat, Repair Kit, 2x Aluminum Oars, Carrying Bag, and Foot Pump.

Without having any doubt, you can say that this is the most important part of a boat. You want a boat that you can abuse. And, Bris is clearly up for the task.

The fabric is 1.2 mm thick. This fabric is made with a 2000 denier yarn. These kinds of synthetic fabrics give construction durability without compromising flexibility. On top of that, the fabric is coated with synthetic polyester material. This gives it immunity from almost all kinds of wear and tear.

You might have heard of 11000 dtex or more in the market. But we have experienced both, and we feel that the 11000 dtex is not much better than the 2000 dtex especially when the fabric is coated with other materials.

We all want heat welding, and BRIS gave us that. Most of the welding points have a quadruple overlapping fold of the fabric. This is the maximum. You can not have better than this.

Like all great inflatable boats, this one also features a marine-grade plywood transom. Thus you have the best support you need for your motor.

Tube Bottom:

We mentioned before that you are gonna get a 1.2 mm thick fabric. However, that is not the case in the bottoms part of the tube. There, you will have double of that, which means a 2.4 mm thickness. That is really thick.

It has the standard V-shaped keel that all high-quality boats seem to possess. Other than the thick fabric, you will also have rub-strake protection here. So drag it as much as you want. It will not falter. Another exclusive feature is the five chambers of the keel.

You need a floor that you can have a good grip on. Without being able to stand up firmly on your boat, you can say good-bye to that bass we talked about earlier. That’s why BRIS manufacturers added ragged aluminum to give maximum support when standing.

Convenient features

Here are some of the features that make this BRIS inflatable boat even more cherishable.

Drain valves:

These valves are positioned strategically in the boat. You can use a plug to control the one-way valves.

Many beginners don’t realize the importance of these rings. You will have eleven of them on the BRIS inflatable boat. Two of them positioned on the bow and read of the boat for towing purposes. They are made with heavy-duty stainless steel. So, no rusting, no wear.

There is an oarlock system that allows you to rest your hand and gives you more authority over the boat.

Safety ropes:

Most BRIS inflatable boat review don’t even mention it. There is a badass looking black rope all-around the boat that gives you more support in the water.

Splash guard:

You will have splash guars on the rear that will protect your transom from UV rays and saltwater.

There are handles is convenient positions to make the boat more maneuverable.

Tow rings:

Easy to use tow rings make moving with the inflated boat much easier.

Tools and accessories

Here is a list of accessories that you will have with your boat-

The oars and benches are all made with durable aluminum. The carry bag is as durable as the boat. So it will last all of the boat’s life.

However, I was not too fond of the foot pump. How on earth did BRIS thought that we were gonna step on a pump again and again in front of everyone like total dupes. Because this is not a reason enough to skip this boat, users generally use their hands to pump it up.

This is a big boat. In the 15 feet 4 inch boat you can house nine adults. In pounds, you can have 2094lb on the boat. I know you are never gonna have that much crowd in your boat yet I mentioned it just for the sake of accuracy.

Manufactures say that you can have a 35hp motor with the boat. That, of course, means you are not going to get it with the boat. And, you shouldn’t also expect it at this price.

Frequently Asked Questions

We get a lot of queries. Most of them are from new boaters. So here is a list of answers that solves your common questions.

A: It is a unit of measurement in textiles. Dtex, denier, deci-tex all are synonymous words. It counts the weight of 10 kilometers of yarn. If you say 2000 dtex, it means that 10 kilometers of that particular yarn weights about 2000 grams.

A: Statement of origin papers will come with the boat.

A: It has a short shaft transom so your motor shaft should be under 15 inches.

A: The boat is not built for that. If you are having problems controlling the high power motor, then switch to a low one.

A: It only comes in dark black.
